PRS Guitars Reintroduces the Custom 22

PRS Custom 22 is reintroduced for 2013, this sweet guitar is a classic with all the tones you expect from a PRS. Not only with the standard features --- maple top, mahogany back, mahogany or rosewood 25” scale length pattern or pattern thin neck, and rosewood fretboard .

The Custom 22 and 24 are now both offered with the choice of 57/08 pickups or HFS treble and Vintage bass pickups wired for a redesigned 5-way blade switch, which offers a unique dual humbucker option. The sound is phenomenal.

In the 1990’s, various PRS Artists like Mark Tremonti of Creed, Dave Navarro of Jane’s Addiction, and others from bands such as Chevelle, Puddle of Mudd, POD, and Incubus all topped the charts and defined the sound of the era using PRS Guitars.

HFS treble and Vintage bass pickups is what helped them by providing aggressive, musical, clear highs and strong mid-range and bass.

In 2008, PRS’s 57/08 pickups were introduced. These pickups were designed to capture a vintage ‘50’s humbucking tone and and are PRS’s most coveted vintage-inspired pickups.

You can't believe the quality of sound and the feel that a PRS Guitar has until it's in your hands.

Chrome Archtop Guitar

Check out this guitar with a body made from aircraft grade aluminum, maple neck, and, Normandy "old shcool" Humbucker pickups. It sure is shiny.

I wonder what this baby sounds like? I have read so much about how the type of wood used to build a guitar, affects its sound, that I wonder the difference in the aluminum compared to wood? It probably sounds great, but I can't help but think it would sound different.

It seems that the metal would resanate the sound more than wood. Here is a link to The manufactureres site, Normandy Guitars. Nomandy guitars are made in Salem, Oregon, USA.
I'm not completely sold on an aluminum guitar body!

Epiphone Les Paul Standard Plus Top Electric Guitar

Cheap only refers to price not the quality of this legendary trademark Les Paul flamed top! Check out all this guitar has to offer for the money.

Epiphone was bought out by Gibson in the late 1950s. Epiphone guitars are not made in the USA but don't let that fool you. They are still a reflection on Gibson, so they are manufactured to the highest standards and usually have a limited lifetime warranty.

This cheap guitar has a flamed maple veneer carved top, and may very well be the best electric guitar in its price range. Two Alnico Classic humbucking pickups deliver fat warm tones which Gibson is known for, along with awesome sustain, and deep, soulful distortion that this guitar is famous for.

This cheap priced guitar is crafted with a solid mahogany body and flamed maple veneer over carved top with cream body binding, set mahogany neck with a slim-taper neck profile, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard, cream fingerboard binding, and chrome hardware including the chrome-covered Alnico Classic humbuckers.

This is one great guitar with options like the big daddy Gibson Les Paul standard that sells for well over $2000.00 You can get an Epiphone like this one here cheap electric guitars.

Cheap Guitar Packages

Is buying a cheap guitar package the right way to start for you or someone you know?

Buying a cheap guitar package is the perfect way to start your guitar playing career. By starting with a guitar package you are able to invest the least amount of money, to get the most of what you need, when starting out.

With most packages you will get the guitar, guitar amp, gig bag, guitar strap, cord, picks, guitar tuner and guitar playing instructions. All you need to get started with a great hobby that could, for the right person, turn into a career.

Guitars can be very expensive. By the time you buy all the items seperately, like the tuner, amp, etc, you can sink a pretty large amount of money into purchasing all that you need to get started, unless you buy a cheap guitar package.

You can also find lots of free guitar tab sites online to help you learn a little quicker. It is important to learn the notes, but you can also learn to play songs faster with tabs. By learning to play songs with guitar tabs it helps you feel like you are learning faster, which you are. It lets you actually play songs in between the time you are learning the notes.

If you start with a guitar package and stay serious with playing and learning, then you will already have what you need to play guitar so if you decide to buy a more expensive guitar then you will not have to buy anything else.

The guitar amp and all accessories can be easily transported so you can take it with you wherever you go. Most packages come with a gig bag to protect your guitar and the amp is also small but more than adequate.

A cheap guitar package is the perfect way to start with an instrument that will bring you a lot of enjoyment.
